Our Story

Sonya Henna was born from a deep respect for the ancient art of henna and the women who have preserved this tradition across generations. In southern Morocco, henna has always been a symbol of femininity, celebration, and natural wellbeing. Inspired by this legacy, we set out to create a brand that reflects the true essence of Moroccan henna — pure, powerful, and close to the earth.

Our henna leaves are harvested every two months, from late March to November, following rhythms that respect the land and its natural cycles. Each leaf is nurtured under the immaculate Moroccan sun, allowing it to develop its vibrant color and exceptional strength. After harvest, the leaves are gently dried and finely milled in the Marrakesh region, resulting in the ultra-smooth powder that defines our Selection of Excellence.
